First, that while we have be able to address the technical problems our clients experience, our first mission is to realize we’re serving the people and operations first for our clients. Second, that our people are the heart of our business and that they are our most precious capital. Following this is why our turnover is 1/5 the industry average.
Where It All Began
Turner Technology began as a small, family driven business with a simple mission. Make technology work for people. Not the other way around.

Gary Bren
Managing Partner
Gary Bren has been working in technology since 1984 and has filled the roles of Network Engineer, Software Developer, Business Analyst, and Sales Consultant. He is a co-founder of Turner Technologies and as Managing Partner is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Turner Technology.
Matt Holmes
Director of Technology
Matt Holmes brings over 20 years of IT experience, including a decade supporting large construction and healthcare organizations where he developed a strong foundation in infrastructure and systems management. He has been with Turner Technology for the past nine years, starting as a Senior Engineer and now serving as Director of Technology. In this role, Matt leads technical strategy, supports engineering teams, and ensures clients receive reliable, scalable solutions. Matt is focused on aligning technology with business goals, helping clients build secure, efficient environments that support long-term success.
Sean Mitchell
Director of Sales
Sean Mitchell has built his career around helping people solve problems and achieve their goals. With experience spanning sales, consulting, account management, and customer success, he understands that successful partnerships are about much more than technology alone. At Turner Technology, Sean is committed to putting people first by listening, building trust, and helping clients find practical solutions that improve efficiency and support long-term growth. His goal is to ensure every client feels valued, supported, and confident in their technology partner.
Cole Shackleton
Director of Development
Cole came to Turner in 2013 as a software developer and has contributed to and overseen many of our biggest projects. Cole assumed the role of Director of Software Development in December of 2015. He has over 10 years experience developing and managing software projects for a wide array of industries and environments.
