On March 1, 2023, we are excited to announce that we have moved to QuickBooks Online and can now accept payments through ACH. (However, feel free to continue using checks if you prefer – we are still negotiating accepting credit cards.)
All of this means your invoices from us will look a little different – please let us know if you have questions.
Regarding Time & Material invoices: at the end of each month, your total professional services charges are summarized on your invoice and there is a separate attachment for the detail. Please note that this detail is only available on the original email – it will not be there on the web version of the invoice.

When you click on the Review and Pay, you will see the Intuit web portal:
Connect your bank account securely through the portal. If you create an account – or already have one – you will be able to save your bank transfer information for future use.
Your invoice will now show your most recent balance and any payments you have made in the past month, along with the new charges. If you have any questions on your prior balance or would like the option to pay those invoices online, please contact us at ap@theturnerway.com or 402-333-1390.
Lastly, please let us know if your physical mailing address or email address has changed. QuickBooks Online will automatically apply the correct tax for your billing location.
