Job Responsibilities and Functions:
- Review business needs to develop software solutions
- Analyze, develop, implement and support applications, services, and web sites
- Conduct code reviews in accordance with department standards
- Create and update user and technical documentation
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in software development & an ability to develop early-stage solutions in multiple platforms
- Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, VB, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL
- HTML, HTML5, CSS, SCSS, Responsive web design
- Ability to think creatively, network internally and externally, and communicate effectively
- Proficient & confident communication skills: effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization from peers to senior management to customers both verbally and in writing
Knowledge / Skill / Abilities:
- Ability to maintain the highest level of accountability, confidentiality, ethics and integrity and to share information with resources appropriately
- High standards for productivity with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple competing task and demands. Utilization of effective organization and prioritization skills to complete assignments within established time frames
- Ability to make decisions quickly, take risks, act in times of uncertainty, think creatively, and bounce back from failure
- Committed to probing for challenges and identifying proposed solutions in a collaborative, agile environment. Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in team-based project teams to achieve common goals

- Experience developing a wide-range of applications including
- Desktop, web, and mobile applications
- Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics CRM
