Job Summary:

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Turner’s business by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Turner’s sales and marketing strategies.  This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for technology, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a consistent sales prospecting process via phone, email, direct mail, door-to-door canvassing, and social media to nurture, qualify, and set appointments with prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and quotes for potential and existing clients.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Facilitate movement of prospective clients through the sales process.
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to contribute to product/service enhancements.
  • Required to make goals for cold calls/week
  • Track and report on sales performance using CRM tools

Education and Experience

Required:

  • High school diploma
  • One (1) plus years of B2B sales experience.
  • One (1) plus years of outbound sales experience.
  • Prior work in customer service/customer satisfaction services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • An aptitude for business technology.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a focus on client satisfaction.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Three (3) plus years of B2B sales experience.
  • Three (3) plus years of outbound sales experience.
  • Prior work in customer service/customer satisfaction services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • An aptitude for business technology.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a focus on client satisfaction.
