The Problem
Turner Technology was first introduced to the leadership team at AgWest in 2009. At the time, they were struggling with time-sync and integration issues on a legacy phone system. They also needed help fixing bugs and integrating the phone system with their custom CRM system. Over time, they were also dealing with ever-expanding staffing issues, and this put additional stress on the company and their employees; that’s where we came in.
The Solution
Within a matter of days, we resolved the issues with the phone system and started helping in other areas. We provide remote desktop support for satellite offices and in-person support for local employees. Our Development team has taken-over the homegrown CRM system and we also maintain their servers and workstations. AgWest was our first customer in Holdrege, Nebraska and we are so happy to serve this awesome group of people and their community.
From the Client
“The best thing about Turner Technology is their ability to listen and learn, they didn’t push, they listened.”
– Paul Mussman, President AgWest
